While completing his bachelors degree in business administration at RSM Erasmus University, Victor started his internship at Andersen. He joined the firm to deepen his knowledge in corporate finance, before starting his MSc in Finance & Investments at RSM.

Prior to joining Andersen, Victor worked as a student consultant and sat on committees of international NGO's.
