Dubbeldam acquires Bevako

Andersen advised the shareholders of Bevako B.V. on its sale to Dubbeldam Group. In addition to providing sell-side advisory, Andersen supported the structuring of the transaction's real estate component.

Bevako is a specialist in hydraulic systems for commercial vehicles, offering sales, installation, and maintenance of container handling systems, cranes, and custom loading platforms. Dubbeldam Group delivers cabin construction, control room solutions, and vehicle services through subsidiaries including Metagro and Dubbeldam Truck. The group operates a modern production facility in Schelluinen.

The acquisition strengthens Dubbeldam Group’s capabilities in hydraulic systems and expands its regional presence.
